TEAM FOUNDATION

WHAT IS THAT

A Group is a set of individuals, belonging to a function, organization or community, with multiple objectives. A good Group is characterized by a common culture (understood as the set of behaviors recognized and acted by all) and good internal relations.

A team is a system, founded on the synergy between its components (team members), which pursues a common goal through a working method that takes into account the specificity and sustainability of the interactions that take place within it.

For both, the premise of good functioning is the mutual knowledge between its members and the presence of trust: on them, the performing Groups / Teams establish an alliance on which to build the identity of the Group and the set of Values to be transformed into shared behavior.

For these characteristics and dynamics it is important to be aware that, depending on the stage of organizational maturity of the group / Team, a "founding" (or "re-founding") moment may be necessary, prior to the development of advanced Performances.

WHAT IS IT FOR

The aim of the program is to create trust and closeness between the and identity of the team / group. Through a moment of identity, the result is a stable alliance that converges towards the construction of shared rules and behaviors up to the creation of a group "culture" (department, function, etc.)

It is, on the one hand, a process of creating the bases of trust, fundamental for the subsequent development of a culture and widespread operating practices and, on the other, the real foundation of a "new alliance", with rules shared that translate the core values for the group into visible and stable behavior.

This part is fully developed experientially. The working methods adapt to specific project objectives both in the choice of activities and in the use of tools and models. A calibrated mix of activities is proposed: workshops, Group Coaching, Training developed ad hoc on the particular life phase of the Group / Team and individual coaching. Normally the program is anticipated by a "type" personality assessment, which lends itself very well to the introduction of the first phase of the work.

WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO GAIN

  • Individual and mutual knowledge of homogeneity and diversity, discovery and learning of group dynamics.

  • Creation of "instructions for use" to interact effectively and personalized with the team members.

  • Effective and sustainable behavioral routines for use in the field.

  • Specific and functional skills at the "historic" moment of the Group / Team and the challenges / opportunities it is facing.
