WHAT IS THAT

Today the teams are called to manage greater complexities than in the past. Three elements tell of this ongoing transition:

The market context, in which change is the "new normal", requires from each Team flexibility, autonomy, focus and resilience.

Organizations change the structure of teams and work groups: they are increasingly created on "Value streams" or for specific purposes that vary over time, with the need to have short start-up times ("plug & play").

Organizations are increasingly changing the way teams work: Business Agile, Adaptive Project Framework, etc. And change almost always ignores the quality of the teams, with the effect of increasing conflict and pressure, if not weakening the organization in the medium term.

The Program is therefore a real development of the Team's advanced operating methods, with a focus on performance and effective and sustainable interaction over time. In order to be able to count on perfectly functioning teams in every situation, especially in contexts and moments of change and pressure, it is essential to optimize the operating methods of interface between the team members and develop / enhance the team leadership.

WHAT IS IT FOR

Team development takes place mainly through the team coaching method; unlike team building, it is a real coaching approach aimed at the whole team, seen as a single entity, as a System: the work is focused on interactions (rather than relationships), that is, on the operating modes of interface between the team members (including team leaders) who lead to the result.

Team coaching sessions are real team work sessions (meetings) on real operational issues, in which the team coach supports the team during and after the session and helps them become aware of their dynamics and how it works. and interacts, inviting to experiment with new rules and behaviors and to confirm the truly effective ones that it already implements.

In some of the scheduled meetings, the Team will be able to work in Group Coaching mode, to help the members to enrich and review their perceptions and integrate discoveries and learnings acquired along the way.

This part is fully developed experientially. The working methods of this phase, while adapting to the specific project objectives, are mainly of team coaching and group Coaching, according to a proprietary method in continuous evolution, used with great effectiveness in the field for many years.
