Founding partner of Youvolution, he has twenty years of experience as executive and team coach (MCC ICF), trainer in individual or group courses on leadership and managerial skills, strategy consultant, self-employed entrepreneur in the Real Estate sector, temporary manager in delicate phases of the life of some client companies and university professor in the marketing area at the Faculty of Design and the MIP Master of the Politecnico di Milano.

Since 2009 he has been a founding partner and trainer of FUTURE Coaching Academy Italy, one of the first and main coaching schools operating in Italy since 2003 with programs officially recognized by the International Coach Federation and issuing of FUTURE Training Beratung Coaching, a historic school of Austrian origin. His specialization is the training of professional coaches, both at one-to-one level, as well as team and group coaching.

Expert in leadership, transitions and change, systemic vision, stress management techniques and development of resilience: as a professional he has collaborated with a hundred organizations of different sectors and sizes, nationally and internationally.

After graduating in Economics (Bocconi University), a Master in International Management (Vienna and Cologne) and counseling studies (Person-Centered Approach), he trained as a coach in Italy and Austria, until he obtained the Master's credential Certified Coach by ICF Global and by Assesor for coaches applying for accreditation.

He was President of the Italian ICF chapter in 2013 (as well as a member of its Management Committee continuously from 2009 to 2015), member of the European Nominating Committee of ICF from 2014 to 2016 and Ambassador of the ICF Foundation from 2018.

He is the author of various publications on coaching and speaker at various conferences and events on issues related to the recognition and development of potential, inside and outside organizations.
