Professional experience

• Since 2007 Fabrizia collaborates with the major Italian associations for training and coaching, providing services to both national and multinational companies for professional, individual and team development. She offers her professional support to managers operating in companies belonging to various economic sectors. Careful to their themes and their difficulties, Fabrizia has recently published the book “Managers are alone” dedicated to the management and aimed to empower soft skills such as “communication” and “relationship”.
• Professional Mediator since 2009, expert in the synergy between coaching and mediation activities with the purpose of conciliation effectiveness, she has conceived the Conciliatory Coaching Method (Coaching Conciliativo ©) and has written the book “Reconcile by Coaching”, published by Franco Angeli Editore.
