The term Team Coaching indicates coaching interventions, mainly within companies and organizations, which deal with the management of groups, the orientation of members to work and common cooperation, the team development towards excellence. Together we often find the term Group Coaching, that is, working with groups of people who have common interests but not necessarily the same goals. These two definitions hide a planet of possibilities for intervention and development.
