Professional Coach

There are two main reasons for moving towards the Professional Coach FUTURE: the first is to acquire, or consolidate, solid foundations for a successful profession. The second is intended initially to develop key coaching skills at the service of one's life, both professionally and personally.

Our course for Professional Coach, accredited ACTP by the International Coach Federation, allows to satisfy both needs.

Who it is for

To become a Professional Coach ... to embark on a new profession ... for those who are already active and want to improve ... for Trainers, Consultants, Counselors, Mediators ... for the HR function ... for those who are leaders in their organization ... to be coach of themselves.

Expected results

The aim of the course is to transmit a vast competence in being a Coach, in accordance with what is required by the International Coach Federation and respecting the uniqueness of the FUTURE method. For us this means both developing each participant as a whole as well as in their personal and professional skills. Among the expected results:

  • the ability to use the 11 key competences as defined by ICF both within the single session and within a one-to-one coaching path

  • the development of one's strength as an individual, in order to put them at the best service of one's life (coach of oneself) and of coaching partners

  • the basis for operating ethically and competently both in areas of coaching to individuals and within companies and organizations

  • knowing how to manage the coaching process in all its phases, with an overview that enhances the uniqueness of the client and strengthens it in achieving its goals

  • openness to new personal and professional horizons

  • the practical integration of a series of tools and applications into one's daily life

Requrements

The only requirement for participation is a basic educational qualification and sincere attention to people combined with the willingness to get involved for your own development. Just as the participants use the first module to understand if it is the right training for themselves, we use it to check for any inconsistencies. Other formations place age requirements, this seems to us an unnecessary limitation (however, we must be of age). On the other hand, it is obvious that those who have a developed work experience can usefully relate what they learn with what they have experienced, and that a young coach could face less relevant job placement issues for a more senior person.
