In Youvolution we believe, with healthy pragmatism, in the use of what is needed, traditional or innovative, to achieve the development of whole human potential.

Growing, updating, changing, have a common trait: they require commitment and dedication, clarity of motivation, a clear initial act of will and, often, effort.

For this reason, the proposals and methods are always tailored starting from the Customer, from where he is, from the supports he can activate and from the peculiar inclinations he shows.

We have a wide variety of skills and methodologies that we use according to the context in which we operate.

Coaching in this sense becomes a self awareness and relationship approach, the coaching in which we believe is deeply rooted in humanistic psychology, specifically in that of Rogers, Jung, in the systemic vision, all together by clear references to Gestalt, transactional analysis, emotional intelligence, the basics of adult learning.

Alongside coaching we also offer training, mentoring, organizational consultancy, Design Thinking and other models / approaches to facilitation, personality and maturity assessment of various types, such as basic tools, whose design mix is always functional and also calibrated to the desired result.

Since the evolution of individuals and organizations also takes place in connection to a reference ecosystem, we believe in the importance of developing an overall vision, which leads to the maximization of the result of our interventions.

Before any intervention we collaborate with the customer to frame the existing system dynamics and their expectations. On these bases, from the macro-design, it is possible to take into account the interactions, synergies and effects of the activities provided.

This approach allows you to set goals not only to "cure" a non-functional situation, but also to generate and transform the system, whatever the area of work.

Finally, considering the theme of maintaining the results achieved over time, well beyond the moment of the investment made, Youvolution uses its technology to consolidate learning and new individual and organizational behaviors, so as to protect and stabilize the levels reached following the development interventions.

 

The Youvolution change model described below, starts from the assumption that "change" is not a single block, but instead has components with a specific physiognomy and that the evolutionary key lies in recognizing where the organization or the individual is find, to then go through the next steps in sequence, to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the change.

Evolving or "changing" habits, behaviors, ways of seeing reality, but also transformations in the social and cultural structure of a group and an organization. Whatever the complexity and scale of change, the structural dynamics always remain the same, consisting of phases that follow each other cyclically, each with specific characteristics and equally specific support needs.

The model is transversal to the offer of paths and solutions, giving them a meaning and a reference infrastructure.

 
 
 

The Model of Change (and evolutionary cycles)

What we generically call change is first and foremost an evolutionary opportunity, which may or may not be grasped and integrated. Any change can be seen as an obstacle to circumvent or an opportunity to move towards a more functional state.

For this reason, in Wevolution we love talking about crucial transitions, which have the potential to lead to "updated" versions of us (individuals, as organizations), that is to say, at the same time more flexible and better structured to face challenges and new scenarios.

Who (single or system) is able to consciously complete an evolutionary cycle experiences that feeling of strength and realization that derives from discovering new skills and from feeling more and more centered, in a state of increased possibilities. Cycle after cycle thus generates that skill that has always been distinctive of successful organizations and today more than ever essential in a time of continuous and accelerated changes: evolution.

It is on it, on knowing how to evolve, that we specialize as Youvolution: we accompany our customers to become evolutionarily intelligent, capable of recognizing and going through the crucial steps of the transitions they face, often generated by themselves.

The cycle as a whole and every single phase need a specific care and approach, seeking the balance between effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of change. This is how it manifests its propulsive potential rather than the most feared destructive one.

The model that we have been using for years focuses on 4 key steps:

  1. from COMFORT to CRISIS: the phase of UNCERTAINTY and TENSION

  2. from CRISIS to CHOICE: the identifying phase of the DISCOVERY

  3. from CHOICE to CHANGE: the phase of real TRANSFORMATION

  4. from CHANGE to COMFORT: the CONSOLIDATION phase
