OUR APPROACH

Our philosophy is simple yet profound: we believe that every individual and organization harbors a core of untapped potential waiting to be discovered and nurtured.

At Youvolution, we have a clear vision for development, grounded in a deep understanding of people and organizations. We hold that growth happens by moving towards greater awareness and integration, rather than merely expanding upwards. Both individuals and systems thrive when they connect more deeply with their values, their capabilities, and the goals that drive them. This process is more about focus and consolidation, rather than accumulation and layering.

Our priority is to identify what truly serves and best suits our clients, rather than what we prefer or find easier to propose. This approach enables our clients to make that crucial evolutionary step forward. We steer clear of blindly adhering to rigid methodologies, as they might shift focus away from the true heart of our work: the individual, both as a single entity and as a collective.

We employ a multidisciplinary approach, applying what's most beneficial to the context and the project we're tasked with supporting.

This entails an in-depth knowledge and effective use of various methodologies and tools, which we commit to continuously educate ourselves on and research. Any development technology we introduce is rigorously tested—first on ourselves and then on selected client groups—with the aim of achieving mutual benefit through experimentation. Thus, we offer only validated solutions that have proven to bring tangible value.

Our guiding principle in this project journey is Empowerment, a concept closely linked to Motivation and Engagement—core dimensions in the current organizational landscape. Being 'empowered', whether as an individual or an organization, means having autonomy, control, and influence over one's work or activities. In an 'empowered' environment, people are encouraged to make decisions, voice their opinions, develop skills, and share them openly. This aligns perfectly with the principles of Motivation 3.0, which are fundamental for employee engagement at all organizational levels.

Empowerment has the potential to transform corporate culture by fostering innovation, collaboration, and engagement at all levels. It is comprised of three essential dimensions of work.

SKILLS

In many companies, even the most advanced ones, skill development is a focus, but it's crucial that it's contextualized. It must truly serve to strengthen the individual, the team, or the group, helping them to achieve their goals in alignment with their natural inclinations and role. Once acquired, skills require maintenance and updating plans to preserve that treasure which is trust, both in oneself and in others.

PRODUCTIVE ENERGY

This dimension involves the work necessary to consistently nourish the energetic resources of individuals, teams, and the entire organization. It's rare for it to be given the necessary attention, but understanding and caring for this dimension can make a big difference.

SELF-AWARENESS AND PURPOSE

Supporting people and organizational groups in recognizing, accepting, and valuing their unique characteristics is essential. This awareness facilitates effective interactions with others and maintains a vital balance for making influential choices.

By cultivating these three dimensions within a mindful organizational environment, one can achieve a readiness for change, which is perhaps the key to success in a world where change is the only constant.
