We tell you about our work

In Youvolution we have been part of the coporate world for a long time and from various perspectives, managing its complexity directly and indirectly: we have learned that individuals, organization charts, processes and strategies can never be seen as separate entities.

From these direct experiences comes the awareness of what Man can become if give the space of feeling capable, discovering and making contact with his own potential and how this gives strength and clarity to each structure he creates.

We know that an organizational culture capable of stimulating the resources of the individual thoroughly and continuously is the main nourishment of any result.

Above all else, we are convinced that the "transitions" of all types and scales, if managed well, are significant moments of growth and evolution. Hence the decision to put the careful care of the processes of change of individuals and systems at the center of our projects. We believe that change is the main master of those learnings that can be considered truly generative.

We are so convinced of it that we continually push ourselves into transformation and updating processes: it is a choice that we consider of consistency and ethics, the essential premise to offer our customers the highest quality when they ask us to accompany them in their crucial transitions.

For this reason, already in our own organization we have set up two Units, research & modeling and innovation & technology lab, as one of the two foundations of the main people & organizational development offer.

The other solid basis is represented by our inspiring principles and by the total quality approach shared by our partners and associates, whose growth is supported through continuous learning, mentoring and internal training.

Hence the offer of a selected bouquet of intervention lines and proprietary paths, which allows us to carry out projects on the topics of specific interest to our customers, orchestrating a diverse range of skills in the sector.

While recognizing the existence of common guidelines and similarities, we believe that the best approach is to design each customized project, whatever its size, as if it were a tailored suit. This is the attention and care we put into total customer satisfaction.

Finally, a conscious choice in line with the approach described: we operate with an innovative legal form among the capital companies, the "Benefit Company", which includes, as a statutory commitment, the assessment of the overall social impact of our work, including (but not only) through the promotion of dedicated activities that are defined internally from year to year.

Three callings, one commitment

To support others in the challenge of evolving, our first imperative is to constantly test the safety, perspectives and methodologies that belong to the trajectory of our own evolution.

To do this, we invest with passion in research aimed at the generation and testing of transformation models of the individual and the organization: we select methodically what is actually achieved and bring the results and we separate ourselves from what maintains an intellectual exercise, however elegant .

Our complex experience therefore provides us with the first indications of effectiveness, already upstream of the necessary coring in the field. We are also aware of the need to closely observe technological innovation before we can introduce it and manage an advantage of development processes.

The investments that we dedicate to technologies and tools at the service of human enhancement have achieved the goal of maximizing the effectiveness of each intervention.

The combination of our experience in facilitating the evolutionary steps of individuals and systems, the search for new approaches to facilitate performance and learning and the more humane friendly use of innovation developed a real synergy, unique in our scope of work: in it the various parts contribute to mutual reinforcement and at the same time support our customers where they have decided to grow.
